The issue was reported and we had an engineer attend but couldn't find an issue. I appreciate that it is not convenient for everyone, but if the majority of the hotel tries to shower at the same time, there will be a drop in pressure and hot water will be used a lot quicker. These issues will hopefully be addressed when we are fortunate enough to secure some investment from out head office

Thank you for the feedback regarding your stay and the level of cleaning was not up to our usual standards. You can see from previous responses that we are trying to secure some investment from our head office. There were no housekeepers working Christmas Day, and two of the mornings that the room was not serviced, there was the Do Not Disturb on the door, by the time the team had finished there shift, this was still there so we wouldn't have knocked. Thank you once again for the feedback, we can use this to improve for the future

We have done all we can to minimise road noise by installing triple glazed acoustic glass with secondary glazing. A lot of our guests feel it makes a huge difference and they barely notice the road, but we appreciate that this is a personal preference. We hope to see you again in the future
