This was a great little hotel, run by a family and a lady called Michelle who was a brilliant host throughout our stay and spoke excellent english. The location is very peaceful, alongside a fantastic walking/cycling track which takes you around the nearby lakes and river. We ate in the restaurant every night and the food was always fantastic - especially the sweet and sour pork! The breakfast noodles were amazing and my favourite meal of the trip. We'd return here for sure.

Unbeatable location with incredible views. A quick taxi ride to West Street but lovely and tranquil away from the hubbub. A beautiful and interesting and very well designed property. The staff were all warm and friendly and welcoming. Excellent high quality breakfast in a beautiful setting. I definitely recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Yangshuo, especially if you prefer to share a space with like-minded independent travelers.

We spent 8 wonderful days in this fantastic hotel. You don't need to go anywhere to enjoy one of the most unreal landscape in China. Walking or cycling around the hotel, particularly in early morning, was an unforgettable experience. The village itself is uninteresting and poorly built.
