"This hotel got everything right. Made my winter holiday with my family a great memory. Rooms were spacious and nice, views were amazing, easy access to ski lifts, wonderful breakfast buffet, outdoor hot tub pool, and best of all dogs with puppies for the kids to play with. Definitely visiting next year though i do wish they make more budget friendly shuttle services available to New Gudauri."

Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. "The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. We woke up a lot of times in the night by noises coming from corridor and the other rooms. Second: room design is not functional. There are only two plugs in the room, and their places are very odd, like behind the beds.. etc. Even...
