A beautiful hotel, my room with mountain view and an excellent view and balcony. I mentioned that I was hungry but the restaurant was closed, the housekeeper offered me some of her personal sweets and didn't charge. I was very happy with my stay.

A very modern comfortable hotel. At such a reasonable price. At the end of town. But because its such a small plave, you can walk to the centre in 5 minutes. My bathroom had floor heating. Huge room with balcony. Would stay again. 100%

Staff were extremely helpful. I arrived late and my room had not been made up. They upgraded me to a lovely room with a view instead. View was breathtaking and hotel was well designed and great restaurant and bar

Surprisingly very well designed hotel. Modern, hipster, and lively. Plus, breakfast here is the best one during my caucasus trip. We actually extended one more night to stay in Kazbegi because of this hotel.

Everything is great, especially the staff. They are one of the most helpful team I have experienced. They provide 2 meals a day, which are very good food in every meal. Their food is delicious. The cleanliness is very impressive. I will totally come back here again.
