Chegamos antes do horário do check in, não deixaram fazer check in antecipado, embora como era 2ª feira e hotel com vários quartos achei que podesse antercipar. Para guardar 2 mochilas, tivemos que pagar R$ 10,00 por mochila ( viajo por vários países, e guardam minhas Malas sem pagar nada, cortesia do hotel)Quando voltamos as 15:00hs, deram um quarto com cama de casal, embora pedi na reservar um quarto com 2 camas, aí esperamos para prepararem outro quarto com cama de solteiro.

Hotel é ok, não tem elevador, o que complica um pouco dependendo da quantidade de malas. Café da manhã bem gostoso, variado, mas percebi que um dia tinha bem mais opções que no outro. O melhor do hotel são os colaboradores, sempre gentis e educados, adorei! Parabéns a equipe O quarto era uma cama de casal, onde um dos lados vazia muito barulho quando se mexia, bem desconfortável isso. Além de que a cortina não era black out, então a luz de fora entrava super pela janela e clareava o quarto todo. O frigobar não funcionou muito bem, só gelava as coisas que ficavam no congelador e também a TV não pegava. O estacionamento só vagas na frente do hotel, sem qualquer tipo de cobertura ou segurança e também não cabe todos os carros, então meu carro ficou na rua. A coberta não era uma coberta, era uma espécie de cobre leito, bem velhinha. Mesmo com esse pontos ficaria novamente, é bem perto da praia e como só fico no hotel para dormir, pelo preço compensa.

O quarto era confortável e limpo. Porém o café da manhã bem razoável, com pouquíssimas opções. No segundo dia da estadia, haviam restos do café do dia anterior, isso as 8h30, sendo que o café iniciou as 7h30. Fiquei bem decepcionada nessa parte.

No geral, foi bom. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, todos muito atenciosos e solicitos. Tudo que pedíamos eles atendiam prontamente. Nada a reclamar quanto a atendimento! O que nos decepcionou foi a qualidade do chuveiro e do frigobar. Frigobar do quarto simplesmente não gelava nada. Chuveiro bem ruim pra tomar banho. De resto, tudo de acordo com o valor cobrado. Bom para passar uns dias

Razoável, ótima localização próximo a praia, mas não fornece serviços de praia, ,como toalhas, guarda sol etc.. O estacionamento para motos não tem, deixamos motos e junto com carro na rua estacionamento livre..

Gostamos do hotel e seus serviços. Café da manhã bem completo, suíte boa e roupa de cama limpa, atendimento muito bom e piscina excelente. Hotel muito próximo da melhor praia do Guarujá. Recomendo para viajantes.
