Casa Grande has some charm, and the variety of dining options in the resort were great! We enjoyed ourselves. Our primary concern was less about the resort and more about the safety and security of the surrounding area.

Excellent spot; directly across from the beach. Didn't do much exploring of the property the first day but did a little the following day. Beautiful property; a number of dining options if you don't want to drive far or at all. Both my girl and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when the sun is out!

Welcoming and attentive!

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff - they all (from reception to breakfast and diner to the beach) really did make all the difference to my stay, worked as a team and were friendly, helpful and attentive. I can’t recommend them and as a result the hotel enough - I hope they are all well rewarded for their work!

Estacionamento R$ 61 a diária é muito caro! O Luiz Bar da piscina foi muito gentil! Hotel muito antigo, carece de atualizações! Os pombos, no café da manhã, na varanda, incomodam um pouco, acho que o uso de repelentes ajudaria!

Este hotel é uma opção interessante para quem busca proximidade com São Paulo sem abrir mão da praia. Pontos positivos: O grande destaque do hotel é, sem dúvida, a variedade de atividades e a dedicação da equipe de monitores, que proporciona uma experiência muito positiva para os pequenos. A curta distância em relação à capital, comparada às praias do Litoral Norte, também é uma vantagem, principalmente em feriados, quando o trânsito costuma ser mais intenso. O atendimento nos restaurantes é excelente, com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã se destaca pela diversidade e qualidade. Além disso, o valor da hospedagem é bastante justo diante da estrutura oferecida. Pontos negativos: Os preços praticados para estacionamento, alimentação e bebidas são bastante elevados. O buffet do jantar, apesar de variado, apresenta falhas, especialmente no ponto de cozimento das carnes — algo que se torna mais crítico considerando o custo elevado. A proposta de um buffet infantil é positiva, mas quando as crianças preferem comer junto aos pais, há falta de opções adequadas. O cardápio infantil é limitado e os preços não estão claramente apresentados. A existência de um espaço exclusivo condicionado a gastos adicionais gera uma sensação de segmentação que contrasta com a proposta geral do hotel. Além disso, o ambiente nesse espaço conta, por vezes, com música em volume elevado. E a segurança fica em torno apenas desse espaço, lembrando que o Guarujá não é um lugar seguro.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Quarto confortável, cama grande, box do banheiro poderia ser um pouco mais largo. Tudo muito limpo. A comida é ótima em todos os restaurantes. Perfeito para criança. De frente pra praia com serviço e bar. Os funcionários são muito gentis, essa é uma parte excelente do hotel. Pra voltar muitas vezes!
