Muy buen servicio, el hotel es muy bonito y seguro, sólo sugiero que pongan atención en dos cosas: En mi habitación encontré cucarachas y grillos, y, el timbre sonó varias veces en la noche despertándonos y eso fue muy molesto.

Excelente

La habitación muy amplia y espaciosa con decoración muy bonita. La ubicación es muy buena, esta a 10 minutos caminando al teatro Juárez, esta alejado de todo el bullicio de la gente, bares, etc. del centro, en mi opinión muy buena opción si vas con personas grandes y que si quieran pasar la noche descansando. Cuanta con estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones. También tiene restaurante con ambiente muy ameno y variedad de alimentos de excelente calidad.

We have to check out 03/13/2018 as a nice perfect speaking gentleman advised he would kindly change our check out date. We advised due to car trouble we have leave one day early. 4 nts instead of 5. He promised to send an email by 5pm 03/10/18

A bit expensive for the services. Stayed 5 nights over a week because it was close to family renting an apartment nearby. Never had hot water, at best near warm and cold at other times. Receptionist was “surprised” and then said it was due to time of day I was showering. Frankly, it did not matter. I showered in the morning, night and afternoon, and no difference. Drains sluggish and water would back up. Tv remotes did not work. Breakfast not included.
