i booked a king size bed but they didnt have the room i reserved. Was given a two queen bed and told i would be moved, it didnt happen. Hallway was dirty the whole stay. Very unkept. Hot water takes awhile to work and it doesnt last. Hotel is not as pictured, its next to a bar that is open 24hr causing elevator and lobby to smell like smoke and marijuana. positive side is that they have reliable taxi drivers in the front, that will take you places for a small fee.

Staff was excellent, but the building in general was on the remodeling, but only the front desk, shower door wouldn’t close all the way towels were dirty and old water out the shower barely came out and would go from cold to hot, but if you’re on a budget and you only go to sleep and wake up, don’t matter to you then it worked, but if you’re not on the budget, it’s worth to look around and pay extra few books, but on the upside down downstairs from it, it had a lot of shops, 7-Eleven restaurants bars, which was cool. I put the maintenance in the building itself sucks breakfast was excellent. Can’t lie about that. All staff members were great treated you well would respect greeted you just a building in general in the rooms.

Great location. Comfortable and clean. Great buffet style breakfast, very tasty and service at restaurant is excellent! I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. Definitely will stay there again.

The renewed floors are ok , restaurant with limited food variety but it was ok. Front desk personal were not friendly at all, bellboy crews on the other hand were helpful and with a great attitude always. Stayed there during World Cup , could come back. Well located.

We had a great experience here, the beds clean and super comfortable, the A/c worked perfectly well, friendly staff. The only issue was when we arrived, there's no place to for the uber to park. The entrance is pretty steep. Busy and loud area but we can't hear anything from the rooms Overall I will stay here again.
