Beware of the health hazard!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We checked in late and the room they gave us a room where the bathroom was full of black mold. We asked to move to another room and it was worse. It was after midnight so we just closed the door to the bathroom and went to bed. Next day we asked to be moved again and the 3rd room had black mold. The lady at the front desk called someone on the phone and they promised a credit for the next 2 days we had reserved so we could move to another hotel an dhere is is a month later and no credit. I tried to contact the hotel 3 times and hotels.com after and nothing. That whole hotel is infested with black mold and not a safe place to stay. If I could give it zero stars I would. Pictures are from the first room. The other rooms were worse. I don't know how this hotel has good reviews or the stars/rating it does. Websites should review this hotel and drop it if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Llegue 1 hrs antes de la hora de check in y no había nadie en recepción. Espere por cerca de 20 min y no había personal aunque a lo lejos se escuchaba una persona platicando, me hicieron el papeleo y como no había habitación dusponible regresé una hora más tarde para encontrarme con dos empleadas discutiendo en el pequeño lobby, subí a la habitación y había basura en el pasillo que duró ahí dos horas. El baño del lobby no tenía papel de manos y el sistema de TV no funcionó correctamente. Recomendare el hotel por su conveniente ubicación y costo atractivo pero sin duda hay aspectos que mejorar que dependen más del personal que de la administración.
