The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Service was friendly and efficient. The staff at reception were helpful with directions and recommendations, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Overall, I’d happily recommend staying near Berliner Tor in Hamburg for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good value. I’d gladly stay again on my next trip to the city."

"The hotel is very comfortable, conveniently located within short 10 min walk of the U Bahn, and in a upscale walkable safe neighborhood. Service is very good. It was very busy when we visited in October, we had to wait to be seated at breakfast. They suggest „less crowded“ times, but seemed to be the same regardless. Exercise room has dumbbells, weight machine, elliptical and treadmill. All in excellent condition, but also popular. Overall, it’s a very good choice, just be prepared for the crowds. We would stay there again. "
