"Great hotel & awesome staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. It is about 10 min walk from Duomo. They also supply water and snacks at no cost to the guests. The room is very clean everyday. The breakfast were also excellent for the price. We enjoyed staying for 10 days. "

"My only complaint was there were no power sockets at both bedside cabinets which is very unusual as needed for charging phones, cameras etc, had to unplug tv on sideboard opposite bed to use socket and also buy a travel adapter as there was no usb port, there was one thankfully in bathroom for styling tong, bedroom was very dated."

"Great stay for our five nights in Florence. The triple room was very spacious (king bed and a twin for our 4 yr old). The roof top bar was amazing. Having a drink after a long day taking in the view was what we needed. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the duomo and several piazzas. "

"Clean room, front desk staff was great, accommodated early check in/late checkout. The staff during breakfast was variable. The breakfast buffet was ok. The location was great. The bathroom/tub were great as well. The beds were comfortable. The robes looked super worn, definitely overdue for replacement."

"The hotel is located right next to a tram so it’s very easy to get there from the train station. It is about a 15 minute walk away from the Duomo and even further for the river and museums so that’s something to consider. I think this is one of the few hotels that has an elevator in it which is a huge plus when traveling with multiple bags. The views from the gym are absolutely gorgeous! There’s a laundry and kitchen in the basement and the lobby has one of those cute, retro photo booths that you can use. It even has swings in the entrance. The only complaint I had was they don’t allow irons in the room, you have to go all the way down to the basement to use the communal irons and ironing boards they have set up in the laundry. Otherwise, for the price and location? I’d recommend it. "

"Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions. "

"This is the kind of property that is listed as a “hidden gem”. It’s not on a Main Street, but is so increasingly central. The room was beautifully done and we slept like kings. The staff went the extra mile and that was really appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!! Florence is wonderful and needs more time than we had on this trip so we’ll be back here to stay! "
