"My room had some bugs. I was bitten by bugs about 12 times all over my body. It’s itching pretty bad.
And it’s really noisy.

"Overall a good place to stay for a few days. The check-in was a pain as the desk is not managed. I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key.
Once this was complete an electronic key is issued through the app. However, the key did not work. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady who granted me access. She had to call the management to get me access to my room. There is also an electronic key dispenser in...
"The biggest iek for me was rhey had construction going on and it really annoyed me.At one point they woke me up at 6am after i usd beeon a night out. I wasn't best pleased. Never had my room cleaned in the four days i was there. No air-conditioning in the room. It was hot. I was given a fan but it was not effective. "
"I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others. "

"We stayed here on the final night of our vacation for its proximity to the airport (1 subway stop); we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the area (multiple dining options, a grocery store, green space and subway access). The staff were friendly and worked to ensure our 2 rooms had the right configurations to sleep (as a family of 5, this usually means 2 rooms in Europe).
