"Very disappointed. Definitely not up to the price we paid. Bathtub was flimsy, sink slow drain, no toilet paper holder, iron board broken, sliding door to balcony off rolkers and no outside handle to come back inside. Very unsafe, hall carpets dirty. The check in staff very sweet, friendly Nice view water and boats when outside poolside"

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the resort itself was beautiful. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. One suggestion I have is to be more transparent about the room location when guests book an ocean-view balcony. I booked an ocean-view balcony room expecting to have a clear view of the ocean. While my room technically faced the ocean, it was on the second floor, and the view was completely blocked, so I wasn’t able to see the water at all. It would be very helpful if guests knew in advance what floor their room would be on, or at least that lower-floor ocean-view rooms may have limited or completely obstructed views. That information would help set the right expectations and allow guests to choose the option that best fits what they’re looking for."

"Great price and by the beach. Clean rooms but no attendance. We stayed for 3 days and they never cleaned room while gone but maybe its upon request only? pool was great and vending machines nearby. our icemachine was always out but that had another one at another building we used. tv is very small but work. comfy beds and clean shower. toilet is very short but worked great as we have a 4 year old. Weve stayed here twice and will be back. Coffee is good! Lady at front was super sweet."
