"The room we were given was dirty and the phone didn't work. The girl that checked us in was amazing. She upgraded us to a suite which was clean but the toilet didn't work. Instead of moving again, since we were right by the stairs, we used the restroom that was available on the first floor. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were great! The Novi location was so much better."

"Parking lot has a lot of potholes. The room was clean and it the hotel was conveniently located near the highway, but not so close that the highway noise was a problem. Breakfast was really good. The thermostat didn't work all that well and needs to be upgraded. The price was excellent and the pool area was nice."

"Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking. However,, we still enjoyed the stay and definitely will recommend the property."

"I had a very disappointing stay. The room not cleaned properly—there was visible dirt and an overall lack of cleanlines that made it uncomfortable to even settle in. On top of that, the noise at night was extreme, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away. I would not recommend staying here."

"The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it down/off and turn on air conditioning every morning."
