"Disastrous hotel!
Upon arrival, we had a lengthy discussion because we were asked to pay for the accommodation again, even though we had already paid via Expedia.
But worse was water damage during the night, which came from a lifting system—so smelly sewage water in the room. We fled the room with two children (climbing over the bed). The hotel did nothing! No refund or compensation for damaged luggage!
Once and NEVER again!"
