"Overall good value and the staff work to accommodate your needs. The main critique we had was regarding parking. Their parking is first come first serve with limited EV spots underground. We booked the hotel partly for the EV spots which were unfortunately all taken when we arrived. They did move one of the managers cars to accommodate us which we appreciated. When we got underground, we noticed that most of the EV spots were taken by non-EV cars yet there were regular spots available above ground. I think they should revisit their policy and allow EV cars to reserve the limited spots up and be subject to a cancellation fee as with the room booking. They should also consider putting non-EV cars above ground before taking an EV location."

"We were excited to stay here as the location and price were good. Started off ok though we had to return for the check in as we were too early. The first night we froze as they had no heat and the blanket for the sofa bed was thin as a wafer. There was a terrible nose in the bedroom that lasted all day and night. Apparently it is a known problem though they do nothing to address it. I complained to the concierge who asked the manager if we could switch rooms. The manager said no even though they has an available room for a least one of the two nights. All the rooms ending in 15 are affected, so ensure you’re not in one prior to paying for the room! The noise from the hallways carry into the room and we were awakened by noisy drunk guest coming in late. "

"Great location. Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. Valet parking was prompt retrieving my vehicle. The hotel is on the older side and it has a very old-school vibe to it. I didn’t eat on sight but the restaurant looked good. Overall I was perfectly satisfied with the stay. "
