This was the worst check-in possible, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and I stay at a lot of hotels… And this is the absolute worst. The grout and edges of the of the floor, around the toilet and baseboard had visible grime and stains, not cleaned well at all. The vanity/sink chrome legs were dirty and rusted. ..."
