"The hotel common areas were really lovely, staff were great but quite disappointed with the room. We book a superior twin. It was tiny, the beds were really uncomfortable, automatic light in the bathroom that stayed on for ages and the toilet kept running after it was flushed. Location was good for the arena. Double glazing wasn't great, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear noise from the playground outside and the heating heating fans. Expected more for the superior rooms."
