Great hotel in a great location Will definitely be coming back

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Come bed and excellent shower

The whole stay was superb, best yet. Fine hotel, staff friendly & helpful, manager exceptional. Can’t say enough about the experience. Would certainly return

Excellent position in town. Very attractive internally and exceptionally clean and well laid out. Great choice and good prices for the class of hotel in a town position.

A great hotel and location too ,friendly and helpful staff and easy parking .

The hotel itself was exceptional. But i scheduled online and was told the price was was $173 got to the front desk had to pay $290. I got this room for my son and his girl with my card. The guy checked us in was awesome. I told him to leave the keys for my son. They checked in late. The next morning i had to call hotel. He had lost his phone and I called front desk to see of she could ring his room. She was a very rude black lady. Saying "do you know the room #" of course i dont have a freaking...

Great experience

This hotel is light, spacious and modern, The vast open-plan lobby/seating area/ breakfast area and bar (with pool table) is tastefully appointed and exudes calm. The rooms are clean, well appointed and light. I stayed for 7 nights on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view over Spartanburg’s baseball stadium. On the !0th floor is Rick Erwin’s Level Ten restaurant which is excellent and provides spectacular views from its large terrace (particularly at sunset) and has a menu to match. I highly...

Kitchen is very well equipped with coffee machine, but fridge is too large and made loud noises. Considering I stayed for a week and didn't use it was a waste of electricity and not environmentally friendly. Breakfast wasn't well stocked and there was no clean plates or cups, so had to use paper cups, cutlery and plates which is shocking for a Mariott. The casual...

A pleasant hotel to sleep in, helpful front desk reception staff. Room service is on demand only, which I found odd, so don’t forget to ask to have your room cleaned when you leave for the day. The big downside is dining at the hotel, both evening meal and morning options are limited with slow service. As there are dozens of alternatives nearby I’d recommend any of those instead as that’s what I did after my first couple of meals. Generally the room was spotless but I did find an old sock and...
