"Well maintained property in a quiet spot! Clean, breakfast is fresh and well stocked. Our only complaint was that we tried to go swimming mid day on Sunday and the chlorine was so strong it made us sick. It turned out they had just added chlorine right before we went in, and there were no notices. The person we told seemed politely dismissive when we reported it. Other than that it was a perfect stay. The person working the front desk even did a Cookie Monster impersonation for my toddler when...

"My buddy and I had a guided fishing trip Wed. morning at 7:00 on lake Tawakoni. We decided we would get a room close to the lake. We both got a good nights sleep and made it to the lake in plenty of time. The room was clean and quite---the only bad thing was their road is in really bad shape."

"The tub was VERY slippery when I stepped in, like conditioner had not been rinsed away. The shower head wand (I was in a wheelchair accessible room) kept sliding down and wouldn’t stay in place. There was no countertop in the bathroom, either. Plenty of room, though! The room itself was clean and spacious. "

"Nice little cabin but the pictures are deceiving. Makes it look like there are two rooms and a kitchen. Ours was just one room with a mini fridge and microwave. I think you just get whatever room is available. They also said the restaurant (snack bar) was open until 7 and it was already closed at 6:40. Other than that the facility was nice and great family setting with lots of things to do. "
