Breakfast was good. The room was clean and staff was courteous. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the smell of the lobby. It was kind of musty, maybe from having an indoor pool??? But the kids enjoyed the pool and the property was clean.

Staff was great, housekeeping/cleanliness was very good. The condition of the property could be better. The shower control in our room was broken and the shower flow restrictor cut the flow so much it was like trying to shower with the sprayer from a kitchen sink.

We visiting out daughter who goes to school at East Texas A&M. The location is great. Right across from the school and right next door to Walmart. Stayed at this location earlier this year and thought we would give them another try. Was not much better this trip. Room still smelled very musky. My son said his bed smelled like urine.
