Best Western Plus Suites-Greenville
While I gave my stay a 5 star rating there were some things that needed attention. First thing we found was a piece of half eaten candy on the floor next to the bed. Shower and bathroom floor grout had some mildew. Mattress was definitely used resulting in sort of a “sunken” area.

Staybridge Suites Greenville Medical Center by IHG
Was in Need of an extra night was told the hotel was booked for a corporate event but when we drove across the street to check into the Holiday Inn the parking lot to this hotel had maybe 3 cars in it ?!?! If it was booked out for a corporate event where we all the cars ??

Every time I stay it’s always great the staff is amazing the rooms are pretty clean if I had one bad thing to say is that maybe they should clean the carpets a little more often but overall I enjoy my stay

The room was not in good condition. The bed smelled like dog hair. Luckily, I always travel with disinfectant spray. The garbage disposal smelled soar. No one informed us on check in there would be no servicing of the room for our entire three days stay. We had to grab towels every evening for the ...
