"Overall, our stay was great! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only downside was that check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 3:45 PM, our suite still wasn’t ready—we didn’t get into the room until around 4:15 PM. That said, the young man at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly, which helped make the wait a bit easier. His attitude definitely made a positive impression. Would still recommend the hotel!"
