Many thanks for your review however, unwarranted it was, lets start with the truth...you where called earlier on the night and you where asked expected time of arrival you advised after 10pm, Caretaker agreed to wait until 11pm on you which he didnt have to as it clearly states last check in 10pm...however, when you did not arrive by 11pm, I myself called you and you advised you where in Glasgow not London !!!! and you would be late as you were busy !! I could clearly hear the background noise and you where not druving !!!!, that is when I advised you you were too late to check in and I was not prepared to stay open any longer, we offered to stay till 11 which we did and you dediced you where too busy to inform us you would not make it by 11pm

Oh my, have you ever considered maybe wrighting Fiction novels ?? I think you could be onto something there !!Now, I could waste my time addressing these rather outlandish, elaborate statements, but there are people in this life you just cannot keep happy no matter what you do, no doubt even if we did pander to them, so on that note may this year bring you light heartedness, joy and contentment, We wish you well

Hi apologies the bed was not suitable for youWe have to cater for everyone, soft, hard, medium and sometimes its just unfortunate if the bed you get is not very comfy we are working on trying to get a happy medium

Hi Thanks for the review but i feel i have to address thisThe fire alarm is for safety, your safety mainly, so if it goes off it means there is something wrong and we are highlighted and we address itWith regards to the shampoo !! seriously !! it is self contained apartments you rent, at the cost of 40 per night which is 20 per night per person in your case as there was 2 of you. Now for 2 grown men to share a room at that cost you got free tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits, you get free Wi-Fi, free parking, a colour TV with freeview and built in DVD free heating and full use of a fully equipped kitchen, and you also want shampoo for free ?Now i appreciate you may get free sgampoo in other establishments but you would not get it for paying 20.00 per night per personThanks

HiThanks for your response, however the fact that your review is anonymous means i cannot check how long you stayed at the property or how many of you were in the room.The room is 38.00 per night which is 19.00 per person for 2 sharing, for that 19.00 you get free parking, free Wifi, free tea, coffee and biscuits aswell as clean towels and linen. Really cheap isnt it !!!!When it comes to clean linen if your stay was more than 7 nights i can assure you that you would have gotten clean linen on the 7th day and clean towels on the 3rd or 4th day FREE OF CHARGE !!!! now the reason its 7 days is !!! well a normal person would only change their bedding at home every 7 days or more so why would you expect accommopdation as cheap as 19.00 per person per night to change the bedding on a daily basis ????? Please tell me !!!! As economically this is not feasable with what i charge, and to be blunt i do not know anyone who has the time nor incination to change their own bedding at home on a daily basis !!!!With regards to toilet not flushing, you were showed how to flush toilet, after you flush like any cistern you have to wait until it fills up even in your own house !!! if you keep flushing flushing with no water its obvious nothing is going to happenI trust this clarifies the situation !!
