"Checked in after a long time of driving, my bed didn’t even have a blanket on it and it had a dirty sheet. The pillowcases were clearly reused. I asked the front desk to get this rectified and she wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just OK we’ll get it fixed when we get it fixed and I was like well. I need a blanket on my bed. So eventually housekeeping came and I want to have a shower and the showerhead didn’t work plus there was no plug for the tub apparently since I booked through Expedia, it’s a third-party so nothing they could do. I complain to Expedia not all they did was offer me $10 which is a joke so I said forget about it. "

"I was not happy with noise beyond there scheduled quite time. Requested a refund within a week stay due to the after hours noise and was told by the hotel and hotel.com they give no refund. I was offerd a different room but i just didnt want it. So i stayed till the 27th instead of the 28th. Hardly got any sleep the entire stay. "
