"The room was awful. Smelled like smoke. The upkeep was terrible. Paint splatters everywhere and worst of all their were cockroaches i. The bathroom. We seen at least 5 or more. It felt so dirty"

"Our water was very cold! We called the front desk, but they just told us to keep the water running for minutes on end, ensuring us it would heat up by then. Although hesitant to waste water, we did just that, but it still wouldn't get warm!!! In essence, our showers were freezing. The help was nonexistent, and we were dissatisfied with the experience, seeing as to how much we paid. It's certainly something they need to look into in the future."

"10 out of 10. It was the perfect stay for us. The room was extremely comfortable although bedside tables and lights would have made it better but we worked with what was provided. The location was fabulous for us to explore the Tucson area. If we’re ever in the area again we will most definitely stay there again."

"I was at Viscount Suites from 4/8-4/11/2026. The room was ok for cleanliness but the furniture, bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets, TVs, and drapes are very much outdated. Everything in this hotel needs updated. The lights in the hallways are very dim."
