"The property was clean and in a lovely area. It was close to local shops and places to eat perfect for a quiet getaway. It appeared that the property was still under construction a bit, and a few surfaces were unfinished and a few things didn’t work perfectly, but that did not disruptour stay. The property is beautiful as a and everything we needed was available to us. The most enjoyable part of the property was the large living room and open kitchen concept. It was great for a family to enjoy a weekend."

" I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent one-night stay at your property during an extended trip to Big Bear. Overall, we found the accommodation to be pleasant and conveniently located. We had requested an early check-in, understanding that this is subject to availability. However, we observed that housekeeping staff appeared to be completing their work closer to 3:30 PM. Consequently, we received the access code around 3:52 PM, just eight minutes prior to the official 4:00 PM check-in time. While not a major issue, it made the early check-in request effectively unfulfilled. Upon settling in, my uncle attempted to use the television in one of the bedrooms but found it inoperable. When I immediately contacted your team for assistance, I was informed that the remote control was missing and that a replacement could only be delivered the following day. Given our scheduled 11:00 AM check-out time, receiving a remote at that point would have been impractical for our brief stay, so we politely declined. Another point I wished to raise concerns the trash disposal policy. We were informed that guests are required to transport their trash to an off-site disposal area, which was approximately a 19-minute drive from the property. This was an unexpected and somewhat inconvenient requirement, particularly for a short, single-night stay. Despite these minor points, the property itself was comfortable and well-maintained. "Cabin was great."

"This place was so cozy and perfect. My little girls loved the bunk bed rooms. My daughter actually forgot her watch, and the contact at the cabin made sure to get it back to us after we got home. Whole place was disney themed with mickey mouse art everywhere, tvs were modern and had netflix. Could not reccomend this place enough. Definately will be staying again"

"The Cabin itself was very spacious for our family of 4 plus a dog. Plenty of activities and games for the family to do together All the appliances worked great and the beds were very comfortable. We plan on doing this again. Even if it was the same cabin, we were very happy with it"

"If you want peace and quiet, you’ll find it here. Tucked away deep in Sugarloaf, there were times in the evening my ears would ring because of the complete lack of noise. My dog and I could walk the streets and never see a car driving. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures, everything worked fine and was well appointed. I sat out on the deck in the evenings to watch the squirrels, rabbits and coyotes pass. I would have easily stayed longer if the place wasn’t booked! Can’t wait to visit again."

"There’s a lot of trash around the property on the back side of the cabin by the balcony. But over all is good we had a great time. "
