"When we arrived for our 4-night stay we were greeted with a friendly face who got us checked in quickly. Once entering our room, I realized we did not have the queen double bed room originally reserved so we addressed this with the front desk and while they were completely sold out, even overbooked, every effort was made to try to correct the reservation.
