Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being....

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...
