Half hour walk from the main town but plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Lots of public transport options. Rooms were fairly small and bathrooms quite worn and rundown.

Mon Repo
The check in was lovely. We were greeted with prosecco and nuts. The desk staff were super helpful trying to help me find a salon to have my nails done. Since we were early, we were directed to the bag room, whose beautiful, large, nicked-up doors were the 1st sign that Mon Repo is in need of TLC. The walls in the narrow old corridors are ornate and we noticed are in need of a look. There are raised motifs each side of the door, some of which are missing buttons. Once in the room, I settled in for a bath in the over sized tub. When i pulled the plug, the water started coming up through the floor drain. We wanted to call the front desk, but there was no information in our room to tell us how to do that, so my husband went down to the desk. Quickly, a housekeeper came in to clean up the water and a manager came in to assess. They thought the problem was the pressure from the tub caused the problem. Later my husband took a shower and the same thing happened. Clearly this old hotel has plumbing issues. There was a nice balcony with a great view, table & chairs, both in room & on balcony. Nice touch. Fridge, coffee- very nice. Now let's talk about FOOD! Full buffet breakfast was included! Excellent food and service. In the evening for €20 there was also an extensive, delicious buffet. Very clean and well-run restaurant. So many choices! Included a glass of wine & many dessert choices. Several vegan and gluten-free selections.

A once fabulous hotel is now looking a bit tired. Dining room has pigeons walking between your feet at breakfast and the staff just step over them.

This hotel is a good location and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were very disappointed with the suite we booked. The terrace was lovely. The bathroom was totally run down and in need of significant repairs. Plaster falling off the walls, bugs and ants in the bathroom and by the patio door. The air conditioning could not be adjusted below 24 degrees so we did not sleep for the 3 nights we were there, it was too hot for us. We discussed this with the cleaner and numerous people at the front desk and were told it could not be adjusted. Expected a higher standard for 798 Euros for 2 nights!

Beautiful View
We had a very good overall experience and the sea view from our small balcony was fantastic. The short drive to the airport was very helpful with an early flight. The only complaint would be we had two single beds almost together with about a six inch gap in between and could not be pushed together. And both beds were quite hard and uncomfortable.

I stayed here for 4 nights and everything was superb from checking in to checking out. The room was clean, spacious, with a balcony facing the water. The hotel has a full bar, restaurant, and a spa. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. My friend used the spa and she loved it. The most impressive part of my stay was the hotel staff, specially the manager who went out of his way to make sure his guests are taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a stress free stay! Again, a big thank you to the hotel staff for making us feel at home.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic friendly staff and serv
Really beautiful hotel straight from the reception, friendly staff, excellent breakfast service and lovely facilities. The rooms and bathroom could be modernised but they were comfortable enough. Bed was slightly hard, but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. The stay was very relaxing, the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel and were always on hand to help and make you feel at home. Great location too, having the bus stops really nearby to head to/from town, it's good to be slightly out of the centre as it's quieter. Beautiful surroundings with lovely walks along the river too by the hotel.

The hotel was well situated and about 1.5 miles from the centre of Corfu town and very close to the airport. The staff were great and the breakfast excellent. However, I booked a sea-view room; although the sea was visible it was definitely a side sea-view room we were allocated and no front sea-view room was available. So this was disappointing.

I liked this hotel. It's close to the airport ( no noise) and in a nice, safe area with loads of restaurants. There are a couple of mini markets close by. walk into Corfu Town is about 25 minutes ( around the Bay) but the 2A City Bus stops around the corner and takes you right in. Corfu Town was very busy and I was glad to escape back to the relative calm of the area the hotel is in. You can also go to Kanoni on the same bus which is worth a visit. The Mon Repos Estate is a 5 minute walk away. The Hotel itself is probably in need of a wee bit of renovation but it was perfectly clean and the staff were lovely. We paid extra for an Executive Art Suite on the 4th floor but if booking one of those, ask for one on the pool side of the hotel as they have large terraces. The ones on the other side have narrow balconies and don't get much sun. The hotel pool is small and there are only 12 loungers. And it's right next to the road. It was jampacked every day. We didn't even try to sunbathe there. The restaurant/bar right across the road has loads of loungers and you can use them all day for free as long as you spend 5 euros each on food and drink. We spent most days over there right at the water. Breakfast in hotel was good. We didn't try the evening meals. Evening entertainment at hotel was a bit 'easy listening' for our tastes but was pleasant enough. If you book this hotel because it's Adults Only, be aware there is a children's nursery across the road which can be a wee bit noisy

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Pool smaller than it looks on photos and not many sun loungers but perfect otherwise. Bus into Old Town stops just around the corner which takes around 5 minutes. Corfu Old Town is fabulous!

I am a female traveling on my own and I felt very safe in this hotel and area. Everything was in walking distance and the beaches in the area were gorgeous. There were lots of historical sights to see close by which was an added bonus. The breakfast was delicious also. My room was very small and I didn’t have a beach view, but it was perfect for my stay as I was hardly in my room anyway. I highly recommend!

Convenient location to walk to old town and slat drive to different areas . Food very good . Staff very friendly and a calm atmosphere. Bathroom very small but manageable . Beds very comfortable

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast had an excellent choice and should satisfy everyone's taste. Staff were attentive and pleasant. We had a problem with the air-conditioning on arrival.The temperature in our room showed 37C and I was being told that couldn't be the case as it was set at 23-24C and someone would check in 2 hours! I was not happy. Thankfully another member of staff heard my conversation and agreed to come straight away. There WAS a problem, it couldn't be fixed immediately and the situation was then dealt with well by giving us a fan and saying someone would repair in an hour. 2 hours later no one had been. I reminded reception on our way out to dinner. Thankfully it was repaired by our return. I was disappointed with the initial response from reception. They could have dealt with the situation better. The room was on the 4 th floor, we paid extra for a larger, better room. Unfortunately the extraction was on the roof, it was loud and woke us up every morning approx 6.30am. In the evening it went off overnight but the noise wasn't what I expected from the rating of the hotel. The fridge in the room also had to be unplugged overnight due to the noise it made. Staying in Greek hotels we know the fridges can be much quieter. The room was lovely and clean and again the staff were very pleasant but the room was looking tired in places. The bathroom sink had cracked glaze and the plunger wasn't good. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The bathrooms in the bedrooms could do with an upgrade and there could be more beds around the pool instead of the seating area as there is adequate seating out front

A pleasant stay for seven nights.We paid less than usually do for a hotel and it was obvious why.Several minor issues,such as the fridge cupboard door,the shower/ bath tap etc. Overall a pleasant stay due to the fine breakfast,location and staff.
