Shelley helpfully gave us all the information we needed and left us to it. Parking would have been a challenge had we not been the only ones staying, but there was room in the village. "The location in Falmouth was really good. Our room overlooking the harbor was nice. Room and bathroom was very clean and probably recently updated. Quiet and comfortable bed. No A/C and very warm in room, and unfortunately our little fan didn’t work. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The hallways were the reason for lower score. Carpet is stained and filthy. Supply closet doors were kept open in the hallways too, which was not a good look when you walked by. The hallways made us worry about what our room would look like, so it was a relief when we saw our nice room. Improving your hallways will really improve guest experience."

"We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink and make our own beds!"

Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach.
