Lovely location, rooms and super welcoming and helpful owners and staff. We were unable to leave due to flooding in the area so had the pleasure of staying one more day.

We received a warm welcome whereby Natasha showed us where to park, where to eat, the property and extras like mini bar and fruits. As it was Christmas Eve she also reminded us that places close early and that we needed a reservation for restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and cosy with fluffy duvets and pillows. We had a great rest that night as well as enjoyed the chess board in the living room area in the evening. Breakfast was amazing as they had prepared a personalized note as well as...

Perfect as always. Great staff & facilities. We’ll be back!

Really fun place. Nice location not far from Hermanus. Good sized rooms with decent facilities. Friendly owners

Abalone Guest House is great. Excellent welcome and hospitality. Good location overlooking the ocean towards Voelklip about 5k to the east of Hermanus.

The propertyvis spotless clean. The staff is very helpful to provide information around the area and further afield. Highly recommended.

Owners were lovely & very helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere

Everything was immaculate. Welcoming hosts. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Whale watching from room was amazing and good sightings along the bay too. Room was beautiful and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Would highly recommend as a better alternative to staying in Hermanus.

Right from our check in and all the time we were there all the staff were so friendly and just excellent. Adrian was so friendly and could not have been more helpful The hotel itself was perfect for us, small, quiet and we just loved the relaxed atmosphere. They had a small bar area in the reception which works on an honesty basis. Just help yourself and make a note (Not very often you find that these days) Breakfast was just lovely and everything was so fresh and cooked to order. We...

Very friendly and welcoming place, they gave us a great welcome and very helpful tips about where to go and what to see. Breakfast was great. Thanks very much!

Welcome drink on arrival was a very nice touch. The room was lovely the staff were very pleasant and efficient.

Katharina is a great hostess, she gave us some wonderful recommendations during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean, even a sheet to sleep under, not just a duvet. You could make your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate and there were water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Delicious fresh fruit salad and a large selection of cooked and cold food. We would most certainly stay here again.

Sensational penthouse room with views to match. Complimented by open plan style with Miami vibe type decor which was very cool Lots of amenities in the room as the overall accommodation is B&B style

Gorgeous spot in a tiny little town with lots of good hiking nearby. Our two nights here were some of our favourite of the two weeks we spent in South Africa.

All very good
