"The property is very old. The in room safe non operational. The telephone non operational. Had to have someone come and reprogram the tv remote 3 times. I was very concerned that if I needed to call the front desk or security it was impossible to do. The WiFi only works from the second floor up. Very annoying that I couldn’t call a uber driver in front of the hotel. Will never return "

"It’s a comfortable, family-friendly place that makes a good base for day trips to various parts of the island. Has many restaurants to choose from. The pool and beach are great. The staff is the best. They are very attentive, courteous, friendly, and helpful all the time. They work hard to keep things running and available to the guests"

"This hotel is a little run down but kept clean. The Beach needs combed in the evening. Cigarette butts are prevalent. They rotate closing 1 of their restaurants a night. It’s very hard to get a reservation to dine at the restaurants. They need to keep them all open or add a restaurant. I heard many complain about this. The 24 hour sports bar has hotdogs on rollers & cold hamburgers you have to rewarm in their microwave. They had nachos but the nacho section was out of chips for the 30 minutes we waited. There’s no room service or microwave. We upgraded our room for $400 & there was no tub for my wife. The room was clean & did have a nice shower. They have a swim up bar but if you’re at another pool (pools were nice) there are no drink runners. So if you’re used to an all inclusive resort with room service, a microwave, drinks or food available while you lay out, this resort isn’t for you & it isn’t for me either. Staff was nice but this resort is missing the little things that make an all inclusive resort the luxury it’s supposed to be. I don’t recommend it. "

"I’ve had better experiences at other resorts, and this is not a place I would personally choose again. I visited to celebrate a friend, as this was her preferred destination. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. The room was not cleaned daily and was not consistently restocked. There was no concierge available, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Additionally, several scheduled events either did not take place or were moved without clear communication. When we asked staff for guidance, not all were knowledgeable or able to provide accurate information. Overall, the experience lacked the level of service and organization I expect when staying at a resort."
