"The rooms were very dirty they were hairs (not from someone's head) all over the toilet seat along with empty bottles of soda underneath the bed that look like they've been there for multiple stays. There were addicts running around the place all night. staff seemed like they just wanted to look at us and walk away and hide around the back and then never return. The floors were seriously dirty they gave you no utensils to use for cooking they would give you pots with no spatulas we basically had to cook our food using a butter knife as a spatula and we also had to use a butter knife to eat with as instead of utensils. People seem to want to hang outside by their cars instead of in the rooms like they rented but with the state of the rooms I understand why. Cops were constantly patrolling the parking lot all day and night. If you're looking for a decent place to stay this is not it and coming from Irvine you would expect something good but this is actually one of the worst extended stays I've ever been to!"

"Not the suite experience I hoped for. 1) They only had one elevator for the entire building so people crammed up everytime. 2) They had a tiny pool and it was filled with children all day until night so my family couldn’t enjoy some time together at the pool. 3) 80% of the hotel lights didn’t work. I’m not sure if they unplugged them to save money or why they were all not working but it was annoying trying to find a wall plug that worked for our phones to charge or lights that would work. 4) The bed felt like I was laying on a table. Paid for a kingsize bed and I couldn’t even sleep at night from how painful it was. 5) The breakfast room was chaotic. Children running around hogging the ONLY waffle machine they had. I stood in line for about 15 minutes just to make myself a waffle and my breakfast turned cold! 6) ***THIS ONE IS A BIG ONE**** The front staff was rude. I brought with me an emotional support letter written by my psychiatrist so my small under 10 lb dog can sleep with me and she called my letter a “third party” letter. Very disrespectful and felt offended that she dismissed my mental health problems thinking I just went off and printed “one of those letters” she called it. I made her read the letter and she finally said “fine I believe you” as if I were lying about my very serious mental health issues to begin with? I was offended! I’ve never been questioned or doubted ever and that was a first and very mean!"

"The staff was extremely rude, and the room looked nothing like the pictures online. The room was dirty — there were dirty socks next to the sofa, trash inside the restroom, and stains on the bed covers. I checked in around 3 p.m., dropped off my belongings, and left for my child’s game. When I came back about two hours later, I noticed how horrible the room actually was and decided to check out immediately. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Loved location! Literally located in middle of shopping center, with lots of food options, Starbucks right outside. All walkable. Hotel itself was nice, clean, & well maintained.... Our issue was service and staff. Had specifically booked because of 3pm (rather than 4 at most nearby hotels), checking time, however our room was not ready til 5:30! My elderly mother on a wheelchai, and bad health had to wait in lobby almost 3 extra hours. This affected the rest of our stay as she was got too tired, sick, hungry had no access to medication, a bed or a shower. Front desk I was taken back at rudeness when I asked for some type of compensation/discount, and was told rudely that "I was already getting a discounted rate', and their prices are usually higher"; even tho I booked thru Expedia and that was the rate it showed. They did not want to help with any discounts or offered any solutions rather than throw it in my face that I already got a discounted rate. Not very customer friendly."
