"The hotel is in the city center, but not quiet calm because it's located next to a very busy and crowded road. The staff are nice people, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the room seems to be clean but there are lot of smells, bad ones."

"Sa situation extraordinaire qui donne directement sur l’artère principale Didouche Mourad, on peut s’y promener jusqu’à la grande poste et sites historiques où c’est pas mal animée. "I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did.
