The room wasn't clean as I would expect from a 5* hotel. Missing toilet paper, soap and other facilities that other hotels offer. e.g.. bath gown, flip flops, shower gel. One morning when running the bath the water came out 'yellow/orange' colour. That was odd to see, it cleared out after 10 minutes. Some NOT all members of staff are friendly. WI-FI was intermittent, so if you are planning to have business meetings from the hotel, keep that in mind. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and some members of staff were awesome at helping. But for a 5 * hotel it does need a lot more. Do not expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience.

Mon séjour à El Aurassi Hotel fut une très belle expérience. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel avec une vue absolument magnifique sur la baie d’Alger, surtout au coucher du soleil. L’atmosphère est élégante, calme et empreinte du charme historique de cet établissement emblématique. Les espaces communs sont agréables, la piscine offre un cadre relaxant et le personnel est extrêmement gentil, professionnel et très accueillant. Tout au long du séjour, nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de chaleur et d’attention, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la localisation idéale qui permet de profiter facilement du centre d’Alger tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement paisible. Un hôtel iconique qui mérite d’être découvert pour son panorama unique, son cachet et l’excellence de son accueil au cœur de la capitale algérienne.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à El Aurassi Hotel. Le personnel était chaleureux, accueillant et très professionnel du début à la fin. Le service a été excellent et l’équipe toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins avec courtoisie et efficacité. L’hôtel est propre, très bien situé et offre une très belle atmosphère. La vue est unique sur la baie d’Alger et l’expérience globale a été très positive. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le déjeuner étaient excellents, avec un buffet très varié offrant beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Le seul point à améliorer concerne la moquette dans certaines zones, qui mériterait un nettoyage plus approfondi afin d’être à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur hospitalité et leur professionnalisme.

Très bon hôtel très belle chambre avec vue sur mer Le séjour était très bien passé jusqu’à le moment du checkout où j’ai vécu l’une de plus affreuse expérience de ma vie La réception me dit qu’on a oublié quelque chose à la chambre et quand je remonte pour voir la dame la bas me dit avec une visage en colère qu’on a volé leur drap de bain que de base ils ont laissé un seul pour une chambre de deux. Et quand j’ai appelé mon ami qui attendait à la réception par ce qu’on son Uber était à la porte pour lui dire qu’il peut partir et que y’a rien et qu’il peut partir( la dame me voit et me dit il a a peur pour toi ? I was like whattt ? ) vraiment elle a détruit toutes mes meilleures moments dans cet hôtel . C’est vraiment pas cool et qu’il doivent vérifier bien combien de drap et de serviette ils ont laissé dans les chambres .

Grande chambre au calme avec très belle vue sur la baie d'Alger de la très belle terrrasse, propre quoique la moquette mérite un rafraichissement, ainsi que la chasse d'eau défectueuse. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus, expresso (500 dinars) et jus d'orange pressé en supplément (orange à profusion en cette fin décembre). Personnel d'accueil sympathique. Au final: Bel hôtel.
