Très bon accueil Mon fils et moi-même avons apprécié l'hospitalité et la qualité des repas. L'hôtel est calme. Dommage que la piscine soit fermée alors qu'il fait 30°. La.plage devrait etre nettoyée car la mer dépose plastique... bouteilles de verre. J'ai débuté le nettoyage avec mon sac en plastique mais sa contenance etait moindre comparé au besoin. Sinon tout etait parfait

Check-in scandaleux avec une question déplacée alors que je présente les passeports de mon épouse et moi même, harcèlement de la réception le soir pour une facture alors qu’elle avait une garantie qui couvrait le double du montant, check out désobligeant.. Mauvaise expérience du au service de la réception , la saleté de la mer et la piscine peu ragoûtante. Je passerai mon chemin la prochaine fois. Je regrette le Sheraton des premières années et invite le management à exiger du staff de reprendre ou finir leurs études à l’école Hôtelière.

J’ai réservé une suite à 400 euros la nuit pour deux nuits donc 800 euros nous avons eu deux désagréments le personnel de ménage qui passe l’aspirateur à 8 h 45 du matin dans le couloir et la dernière nuit les personnes de la suite à coté de nous qui se sont mis à crier à 4 h 00 du matin nous l’avons signaler à l’accueil en oartant

Jättedålig mat! Mjuk degig pomme, pizzan var mest mycket mjukt bröd… majonnäsen var enligt köksmästaren Heinz bästa!!! Tänker att femstjärnig restaurang gör sin egen!?På en av restaurangerna fick vi vänta en timme på fish and chips fastän det inte var mycket kunder. På en av de andra fick vi göra beställningen två ggr. Dåliga rutiner. Behöver ett kvalitetssystem….

Wonderful!!!

I wish I had more time there. It was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly and amazing especially Louisa in the Club Lounge. The food is excellent. I am still thinking about the food. I also felt very safe and secure.

This hotel has several significant issues. Firstly, they require a 10,000 DZD deposit upon check-in, but they don't inform you that this deposit is specifically for late check-out. If you charge any food to your room, they will call you as late as 1 AM, insisting that you immediately pay the restaurant bill, which is highly inconvenient. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, and there is mold in the bathrooms. Additionally, the room service is extremely poor—you could be calling them around the clock, yet your requests may never be fulfilled. The best solution for this place would be demolition.

Service loin des standings d’un 5* ou de la chaîne Mariott. Les - : L’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur (réception, bar au lobby), les chambres sont vétustes (cadre de porte qui ne tient pas), nous avons été réveillé en pleine nuit par l’alarme incendie (pendant 30 minutes) sans explication et encore moins d’excuse. Pas de serviette dans les chambres après nettoyage (il faut les réclamer avec une chance sur deux de les avoir). Les clients ne sont pas traités de manière équivalentes. - Les + : la piscine assez spacieuse, l’accès à la plage privé, toute la partie resto (nourriture très bonne, personnel professionnel). Suite à notre déconvenue (pas toutes exposées ici) nous avons eu un geste commercial. Conclusion :Ne venez pas dans cet hôtel si vous attendez les prestations d’un 5*. J'ai voyagé dans plus de 40 pays et cet hotêl est le pire que j'en ai jamais vu. Il ne mérite même ses 5 étoiles. Le personnel est non professionel. Il faut presque les supplier pour avoir les services que tu as payés pour!!! Ils passent leurs temps sur leur cellulaires personnels au lieu de servir leurs clients. Je vais faire une plainte officielle à la Direction de Sheraton car ce n'est pas acceptable ce que j'ai vécu dans cet hotêl avec mes enfants.

It is now clear why this hotel receives such poor reviews. The check-in process took 28 minutes. We paid for sea view and they tried to put us in a garden view. During the checkout they tried to charge us for the room rate which we had pre-paid. The Fitness Center was EXCELLENT. Great massage! Many items on the menu in the bar and the restaurant were not available. Only one restaurant was open. This is a very nice 3-4 star hotel— but listed as a 5 star.

Spacious green areas and stunning sea view

I always go to Sheraton des pins when i come to Algiers, food is nice, hygiene level is high, staff are friendly.Internal swimming pool is amazing and sea beach is wide and big, clean and very satisfying. Rooms are big, clean, quiet and desk area is big to have work done.

La playa me pareció sucia y descuidada. Reserve y pague una habitación con vista al mar y me dieron una con vista a un estacionamiento.
