"Beautiful hotel with amazing art and manucured courtyard. Service was average. Had to call to remind them to tur over the room, adult hours at the pool were not properly enforced, spa staff would congregate at the pool and chat instead of picking up towels and cleaning. Found a rusty hairpin in the jacuzzi. Server at the $50/pp afternoon tea seemed like she wanted to get us out ASAP after we elected not to upgrade the set menu.
On the positive side the Laurel restaurant and the bonne vie café were fantastic. I was told the spa treatments were great - but I certainly hope so at roughly $200/h… Free yoga was great.
In summary it was worth the experience but may elect to try different options to compare when I come back to SLC."
