"The room was nice and clean. But it took quite a long time to check in (nearly 30 minutes standing in line) and was very confusing to park and get up to the room. We ended up having to valet the car and then were hassled by security on our way up to the room. Not a great experience, but we got in late and were leaving mid morning the next day, so we just powered through. It made for a stressful night and we were glad it was a quick stop. The next day I got an email that they charged me an extra $50 for “resort fees” and gratuity for housekeeping that I was not made aware of prior. (We didn’t even use housekeeping or ask for anything). The room was nice, but quite literally everything else was an ordeal."
