"Pool was cold"

"I would have given the property a 5 star. But they had some type of convention error with a whole lot of kids running through the hall up-and-down the fire stairway, making noise up until 11 PM at night, terrible."

"The reason for the 4 star review is because when we first got there, our room's toilet wasnt working. We switched rooms and everything was good. Then when we came back after being out all day, our key didnt work. So got it fixed. So all in all, good experience just some minor set backs. But the staff was amazing!"

"The area is very nice. The hotel lobby is nice and clean, but the room seemed a little outdated. When we arrived, we had to change rooms because there were dirty towels left in the room. The desk table was sticky and hadn’t been wipe down. The manager was nice and switched out rooms and gave me a free voucher for breakfast. The lady at the desk I think could be a little nicer, instead of handing me my drivers license in my hand as I had my hand out she tossed it to me. I found that a little rude. They charge $10 for parking a day, which I didn’t know about until checking in. They charge $15 for breakfast and it’s the same exact breakfast that they used to give out free. Bed was comfortable. Towels are nice. "

"The room was disgusting. The floors were dirty, the blankets and room smelled like weed and body odor. This room needs to be sanitized. "

"There was a.small stain on one.of the bed comforters like dirt. The beds were uncomfortable not just for me but the kids and husband thought so as well. The majority of the room was cleaned other than that. The heated indoor pool was nice to have in the cold but the pool co dition needes updated. The staff were great and friendly and the free breakfast was good. "

"This was one of the best places we have stayed, especially evident as we’ve been traveling recently and stayed at half a dozen hotels. The rooms were so spacious and well laid out. Both the rooms and the lobby were well lit and updated. Adding in a great location with easy access to restaurants, we would definitely recommend this hotel. "
