The staff was polite and did their best. However, the building was extremely old and worn, with many problems as a result, including cleanliness, how clean can you get it when everything is ancient?! The rates were low, but the clientele attracted by that made me feel uneasy and unsafe at times. Would not recommend staying here with children.

Upon arrival, door keys that were given did not work. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and had maintenance assist immediately. The door had to be reprogrammed. The phone in the room did not work, and maintenance did not fix it. All of the lamps in the room were unplugged when we arrived. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and had not been cleaned. The remote to the tv was missing a battery The staff was very nice tho

I liked price. It was fairly clean with no bugs that I saw. Gas stations and a few good restaurants near. I did not like the fact the police had to be called on some guests, having to evacuate outside in the cold due to two separate fire alarms, subpar breakfast area and more smoke in the no smoking wing than I have experienced anywhere!

You Get What You Pay For

You get what you pay for. This hotel is very very very rundown. The beds were in good shape. Stains on linens like ink stains, and other problems. Hey for $70 to get a few hours of sleep, it was fine. Anything else, I"m not sure. The people working there were very polite and kind.

The property had plenty of parking which was nice having a boat in tow. The room required quite a bit of maintenance due to neglect of keeping things up over the years. The light above the bathroom sink was filthy along with the shower. Molding was falling off the wall. Might have been a nice motel at one point but I have no respect for Wyndham hotels allowing their properties to reach this kind of state.

Do not stay here.

When booking, the hotel had a 5.0 rating on Hotel.com with reasonable amenities, and the pictures of the rooms looked great. Upon arrival, the front desk had papers on the check in counter listing all the amenities that they were not going to be done. When we got to the room, we found it was clearly not properly cleaned. Beer bottle cap on the floor, a half drank Red Bull in the fridge, ceiling and walls stained and paint sagging. In the bathroom the toilet was not secured to the floor, the ceiling was hanging, the smoke detector was hanging from the wires. There was no blanket only two sheets to keep you warm at night.

The best part was the excellent bed and overall cleanliness of the linens, room, and public areas. The check-in was slow, even though I'd already paid online weeks before and the staff was not very engaging. This property is apparently undergoing massive renovation, so much of it was closed off, including the pool. The entry portico was damaged and parts were laying about on the ground. Based on first appearances and check-in, I was unsure about staying there the full 3 nights we had reserved. However, the room was a pleasant surpise. Small, especially the bathroom, but the shower was good, the fridge worked (even re-froze my ice packs), and the key card worked easily. Note: even though the website didn't mention complimentary breakfast, a modest one was available in a large and comfortable room.

We stayed here for a comedy show downtown. Our friends booked it. We stayed in separate rooms. We were upstairs and our room was actually decent. But they got their later than us and their room was on the first floor near the back entrance. There is no way I would have used their shower. It looked like a former crime scene. The hotel staff was super nice though. And the rate of the room was beyond affordable. They did let us sit in the hallway behind the lobby (there was a garden room with tables) and we played cards for a few hours after the show. There was A LOT of foot traffic in the parking lot all night. Back and forth to the gas station. People were trying to get into the hotel when we swiped our cards at the back exit. The parking lot reeked of weed, but I guess a lot of places do now. Our friends heard screaming all night down the hall where we gathered a man and a woman were fighting.

STOP BEFORE YOU BOOK!!! This property is outdated and was not clean at all .. stains on the bedding, curtains and on carpets. Didn’t look like they ever dusted. I went to Walmart and bought a blanket so I didn’t have to sleep on the sheets …I also bought my own towel to take shower. The best part about my stay was when I checked out.

Property was run down and dirty. Carpet was frayed from entryway to main part of room and my husband stepped on a carpet tack. Place was very shabby. Door handle falling off/loose on fire door and outside entry door was broken and unlocked 24/7 - so no security. Place smelled horrible and marijuana smell was thru out the hallway. Coffee maker lacked carafe.

The photos of the motel on line are not the pictures for the motel. There was mold in our room, several walls in the facility were crumbling, the hallway smelled of mold, cigarette smoke and weed. The breakfast looked horrible and would not attempt to eat. I will never stay at this location. Definitely a horrible experience.

Let me just say be weary, I booked this location for my mom because she was traveling and the front desk lady Rose was very nice. Rose checked her in her room. My mom went to check the room and it was a mess. First off, she was suppose to have a room with a double bed instead they gave her a king bed that was connected to another room and there was trash left there. The rug was pulled away from the wall and the shower was disgusting and it did not operate correctly. The room looked like it needed to be clean again. She spoke with manager Vipul and he apologized for the room and would refund her the money back when she check out the next day. So the next day came and she went to check out and she spoke with Tabitha who then called the manager Vipul and he acts as if he doesn’t recall saying it. This was completely unacceptable best believe I will be contacting wyndham corporate. So if you gonna stay just be aware.
