Bathroom was falling apart and completely drenched after a shower. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff was great so it’s a toss up. Decent nights sleep and thats what matters most.

Comfort Inn & Suites Gaylord
A very clean and modern hotel. The room was spacious. Everything seemed new. The staff were always polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Gaylord.

The location and facility itself was more than acceptable. The lodge is badly in need of maintenance and repair. It rained the night we stayed and we woke up to a flooded bathroom. Tru By Hilton Gaylord, MI
Breakfast looked horrible. Nothing appealing about it at all. Left hotel to have breakfast somewhere else. Horrible night sleep because hotel is right on top of freeway. Semi trucks screaming all night long. If you stay there you must get a room on the backbside. The freeway will keep you up.
