"The room was spotless, clean, and a good size. The staff was friendly and professional. Dinner at the restaurant was a bit pricey for what it offered, but the food was good. My only complaint is that they left the air-conditioning on until we checked in quite late in the evening and the room was freezing. This, combined with the low water pressure in the shower, made the experience a bit unpleasant. But otherwise, highly recommended."

"Good stuff first - it does seem that the hotel puts effort to provide great service, the bedding was clean and fresh, bathroom batteries were good brands (Grohe), breakfast is nice, location is convenient and you can even order an Uber from a touchscreen close to the reception which gives you a much better price than what I was getting in my app. Not so great things - the area (The Mall Luton) is very noisy until very late night, obviously this is something that the hotel canโt do much about but should be mentioned. The room, while clean, feels like it could use some renovation, especially the carpets - you could see some stains there and even if it was cleaned well, doesnโt fill you up with 100% confidence. Bath in the bathroom also had some marks, so while perfectly fine for shower, I wouldnโt be thinking about a bath here to be fair."

"Room was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. If you want breakfast you have to walk across to the Ramada. Very convenient for the airport, only a five minute drive away."
