The “stables” building we stayed in was so badly sound insulated that we literally were privy to every conversation in rooms above and around us, as well as snoring, moving of bags, flushing toilets etc. The room was “newly renovated” within the last 10 years, but the renovation was so cheap that it was more about a superficial product than comfort.
