We couldn’t get in and had to call the helpline and they told us the code through that. Apart from that everything was lovely. The only reason i gave staff 3 stars was because we hardly saw anyone. "On the last day of our 2 week European trip we had booked what we thought was an Air BNB. What it turned out to be was an apartment in a sketchy part of Brussels. Not expecting to find much at 4 in the afternoon I found this place called Baron's House. As we drove down a remote Road just outside of the city I was starting to question my choice. Until we went through the gate, what an amazing place, I only wish we would have stayed there more than the one night. Thanks."

"Rooms clean and good size. Hard to find the hotel. Decor is creepy and uninviting. No kettle in rooms despite cups supplied. Shower in bath dangerous. Bistro downstairs very expensive with very limited options to eat in the area"
