"Very noisy residents at 3.30 am then a set of ladies returned at 4.30 and they was even louder, Couldn’t get back to sleep after that. Receptionn staff was very good. "

"We all loved staying at the hotel, it was clean and great relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a suite and whilst it was lovely and big and clean a few things needed attention! Door handle on toilet door was half hanging off, toilet flush was loose and the jacuzzi bath plug never worked, so therefore the water kept emptying away. Balcony could have done with a clean too. The only other problem is the hotel does not really cater for people that are gluten free! Could not have sausages, Hash browns at Breakfast! The first morning I was offered gluten free toast but the second morning they had none left! I was only offered gluten free cereal on the second morning it is not out with the normal cereals! Dinner choice was also disappointing for choice, I did have the pork belly which was very tasty but not very big for the price! Overall the hotel is very nice and we would definitely go back for sure"

"Clean room but couldn't open windows as to much noise from outdoor fans and the smell if greasy food was on level 2 at the back apart from this was a good stay "

"Good location. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and spacious. Lots of seating areas. Car park was convenient but be warned the spaces are very small and really struggle to fit most cars and have space to open doors. Also the height is low and if you have a car that is low it will hit the bottom on the slopes. £18 per day or cheaper if paid in advance with room (on hotel.com)."

"The room was clean, but the main door didn’t latch on its own and the strike plate was loose. I had to mess with it to get it to latch properly. The shower floor was ultra slippery and the lack of a shower curtain allowed the splashing water to spill out onto the tile floor making getting out treacherous. The soap did was hanging off the wall.The sauna was closed due to repairs and the pool closed early. The "

"+ polite staff, lovely quirky hotel, - room cold, unable to regulate heat quick staff response by putting heater in room. Noise levels unacceptable from beer keller two doors away playing loud muic until 2am. Rang desk at 1.30am who informed me they don't usually stay open that late but their opening hrs state otherwise. Kitchen extractor woke us at 7am that same morning. Windows not double glazed. Awful nights sleep."

"We received a warm welcome on arrival. The room was compacted but well presented and clean. Modern shower, ironing board and built in walldrobe. There is car parking at the rear with cameras and spot lights to keep your car secure. We used the swimming pool and sauna during our stay it was great to relax for while!! The breakfast was well presented and catered for special requests ie poached eggs. Overall we would stay here again in the near future. Many thanks. Well done."

"We’ve stayed here before and the hotel was passable. But this time there was no hot water for at least 2 days in half the hotel. The hotel continued to book people into those rooms despite the lack of a basic amenity. This was on top of the food being particularly poor - we saw several meals being sent back to the kitchen. In the end we cancelled the remaining night on our stay and went elsewhere, and we definitely weren’t alone in this."
