The property was nice and in a good location. However, the person who attended us could have been more helpful and was unenthusiastic about our arrival. She gave no directions or assistance regarding the amenities of the hotel. We had to listen to the other hostess to get our information.

Barceló Carmen Granada Hotel
It turned out that the ticket I bought for the Alhambra was a scam. I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day. Hotel Granada Center
Did not have breakfast, poor amenities, great location, some underground parking, Granada was busy with young people, very nice city but too much traffic for us!
