Fantastic and beautifully presented hotel in a prime location for visiting all of the historic aspects of Granada on foot from the front door. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would not think twice about using the hotel again or recommending it to friends and family.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff

This hotel is a gem. We had the best welcome from charming uniformed hotel staff. Lush bedroom - with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. High quality Egyptian linen and thick fluffy towels - even a Dyson hairdryer and GHD hair straighteners! Everything has been thought of here. Subtleties & Nuances - make this hotel stand out from the crowd. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us and the breakfast and a dinner in the restaurant were delicious.

Excellent location to Al Hambra palace. 9 min walk. Bus 32 frequent and takes you to plaza san Nicholas. A must visit and especially on the night to see Al Hambra in lights. Restaurants there fantastic with excellent views. The hotel is amazing.

Really loved this hotel, newly renovated in 2023.. it was perfect! Comfortable, clean, simple but stylish rooms. Great breakfast. All the guest areas were so very clean and well appointed. The roof top bar/pool area is an especially nice feature. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was excellent and quiet. Fully equipped, with a great balcony. No reception, but very efficient communication from the company, and they’re available on WhatsApp. Free luggage lockers.

Excellent, large modern hotel in Granada. Long walk from AlHambra but short taxi ride. Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, safe, tea and coffee making facilities. Exceptionally helpful staff on front desk. ((Very) small pool on roof terrace. Good breakfast.

A very enjoyable stay throughout Good welcoming reception and very helpful staff . We had loud noises from the a nearby night club, we mentioned the issue at the reception who not only promptly changed our room but also to an upgrade. With a bottle of wine too . But as we don’t drink alcohol they sent us some well presented cakes. The breakfast is just exceptional, a wide variety to suit different requirements. Freshly made eggs in a lot of ways , selection of breads cakes and pastries....

Breakfast was very good, didn't use the bar.

Great hotel in a really good location- walkable into central Granada or a few stops on the local bus for €1.40. Rooms are compact but very comfortable with great beds. Staff all very friendly and helpful especially Rafael in the bar ! They didn’t mention our VIP status on check in, so we didn’t eat in the restaurant although it looked good! Also the pool was still closed even though it was 26c outside- disappointing.

A great value hotel ten minute's walk from the cathedral. My only gripe would be the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Excellent Hotel in central location, short walk to main attractions and good restaurants. There are buses up to the Alhambra or it takes about 30 minutes to walk. Very good breakfast included and car parking under Hotel at extra cost, but worth it for ease. Lovely modern rooms would benefit from Tea and coffee making.

We choies to stay at the hotel in September because of the location being near our daughters University Halls. We were so pleased we stayed again when we visited in November. It is a lovely hotel and if in is in the right location for you in Granada it is definitely worth staying here.

Perfectly located near the motorway making it easy to access. A short walking distance from hotel to central city.
