La habitación especial es muy pequeña, no hay donde colocar nada. El aseo es muy regular. NO hay restaurante y no hay nada cerca para cenar. cobran hasta el cafe y las sandalias. El desatuno es muy bueno y agradable. Esperabamos mucho mas por las fotos.

Estivemos no WoodStone entre os dias 1/1/26 e 3/1/26. Foram três dias e duas noites maravilhosas, com pessoas incríveis cuidando de todos os locais do hotel com amor e carinho. Queremos agradecer imensamente a Sabrina e Fabi pelos excelentes pratos e mimos do café da manhã, com certeza o sabor de tudo fica melhor ainda com tanto amor e cuidado delas. O nosso super agradecimento ao Rodrigo, funcionário e profissional que faz o trato dos cavalos com um amor e carinho que nos encantou. Com certeza ele precisa ser conservado e reconhecido pois poucas pessoas tem o cuidado com o animal como ele. Além disso, ele cuida de toda a beleza do jardim de todo o hotel. Nosso reconhecimento por tamanho trabalho e dedicação. Queremos agradecer ao Diego e ao Eduardo da recepção que nos receberam com total cordialidade e apresentaram os espaços do hotel com maestria.Por fim, a senhora que cuidou da higienização do quarto também merece todo nosso reconhecimento. Nossa estadia foi simplesmente um sonho. Moramos em Porto Alegre e pelo menos 1x por ano vamos a Gramado e esse foi sem dúvidas o melhor hotel que nos hospedamos. Tudo impecável. A estadia foi ótima. Ficamos dois dias no hotel. A estrutura física é ótima, mas o atendimento é realmente o diferencial. Ambos os recepcionistas foram extremamente atenciosos. A melhor parte do hotel, sem dúvidas, é o café da manhã - atendimento incrível, sabor incrível e ingredientes novos. O único ponto que achamos que não chegou no nível dos demais foi a limpeza, pois o edredom estava com fios de cabelo, mas pode ser pois fica na parte baixa do armário. Também notamos que tem somente uma pessoa para toda a limpeza, então pode ocorrer de passar alguns detalhes.

Foi muito boa,tivemos ótimo atendimento,só no primeiro dia que as caldeiras não esquentaram muito bem,pois estava muito frio,mas depois tudo resolvido e tivemos uma ótima estada no Hotel!! Gostaria de destacar o Atendimento de 2 pessoas no hotel,seria a Sabrina e a Fabi que são da cozinha do Hotel e nos atenderam com todo carinho e tb o Fernando e o Ismael nos deram toda atenção!!!
