Hotel excelente, estrutura ampla e aconchegante! Colaboradores solícitos, receptivos e altamente profissionais. Localização estratégica: silenciosa e calma, apenas a 5 minutos do centro de Gramado e também de Canela. Instalações novas, bem conservadas, quarto amplo e arejado, café da manhã farto. Certamente me hospedarei novamente nesse hotel em uma próxima visita a Gramado.

Um hotel aconchegante para poucos dias.

A experiência foi boa. O quarto é aconchegante, o hotel tem um ambiente com uma decoração leve. A localização do hotel é excelente. Da para fazer alguns passeios, voltar para o hotel para descansar um pouco e voltar a passear, sem perder muito a rota. Pela média de valores praticados na região, o hotel cumpre o que promete. Os pontos negativos, achei o quarto um pouco barulhento, acredito que por conta da janela/porta muito grande que se “abre” para formar a sacada. E o hotel fica muito perto da rodovia. Acredito que os quartos mais internos não tenham esse problema, pois na recepção é área de casa de café da manhã não se ouvia nada. No momento da saída também, eles cobram 10% de taxa de serviço. Sem entrar no mérito de se merecem ou não, pois a taxa é opcional, fui pego um pouco de surpresa, pois não me foi dada a opção. Simplesmente apresentaram um extrato de despesas (a hospedagem estava paga on-line), e quando questionei, me explicaram o que era. Acho q deveria melhorar essa abordagem e poderia até falar sobre isso no check in.

Hotel usado como trânsito entre cidades

O hotel é muito bom. Só passamos uma noite para seguir viagem para outra cidade, mas foi uma noite muito confortável. O hotel tem quartos com banheiro privativo e também com banheiro compartilhado, ficamos em um quarto com banheiro privativo e era muito confortável. Ótima cama, ótimo aquecimento do quarto e no hotel, funcionários muito educados e solícitos ( quero cumprimentar especialmente o Lucas e a Gabriela, que nos atenderam quando chegamos), café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo o hotel.

Gostei muito do café da manhã e da recepção também. O ambiente também era limpo, mas achei o valor um pouco caro pra um hostel. Ainda bem que só dividi o quarto com uma pessoa. O colchão era ruim!
