Avoid at all cost!

The building has old world charm and that ends the positive aspects. This has got to be one of the worst hotels we have ever visited. The rooms are tired, the ac noisy beyond words and did not lower the temperature one bit. Cheap towels and so so cleaning. The breakfast was a very sad affair but you did get fed. But the thing that really sat the bar att the lowest was the staff. I have never ever met such rude, sarcastic and unfriendly staff before. The Hotel is riddled with signs of what you can’t do or can’t ask for down to a Sign telling you have many cups of coffee you can have for breakfast. (Three is the number…) The does it utmost to enforce every aspect of the prohibitions (the favourite word is NO) and overall seems to hate their jobs and the hotel guests. Do yourself a favor, avoid this hotel at all costs!

Amenities not as described. No laundry and no airport shuttle. Those were the two we were concerned about as we have mobility problems and were needing laundry to wash clothes for our cruise after our stay in grado .although there also was no restaurant or room service etc .At checkout were told that room taxes were to be paid in cash. Told my husband “another surprise “. Really shame on me for not reading the fine print. But the older clerk asked what other surprises so I mentioned no laundry and no shuttle. She denied that the hotel listed those. When I showed her she retracted and said we could have put our clothes on the bed and they would have washed but not ironed them lol okay well we never asked about ironing. She then told us that she could have given us the phone number for a taxi. Viola the shuttle. Lol you know how that’s the same. 270 euros for a taxi versus shared cost of a shuttle. She (the older of the clerks) told me to go back where I came from and stay there. OMG. She was quite the treat my brother couldn’t believe it as he had come to help us get our luggage to the bus station which was 2km away He definitely felt he had dodged a bullet as he chose to stay at a different hotel for his month stay at grado. Oh yes another thing don’t think that you are allowed guests at the hotel. That story for another time

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig, jedoch ist das Hotel schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und für mich sehr fraglich, ob es wirklich noch 4 Sterne verdient. Zudem hatte ich bei der Reservierung ausdrücklich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, leider habe ich dann ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage direkt beim Fahrstuhl und der Treppe erhalten, das auch noch eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer hatte. Eine mitgereiste Freundin, die für den gleichen Zeitraum und in der gleichen Zimmerkatagorie gebucht hatte (und ohne Vermerk bzgl. ruhigem Zimmer) hingegen hat ein ruhigeres Zimmer in der 3. Etage bekommen. Der Balkon war auch nicht sehr einladend, und leider gab es nicht die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck nach dem Checkout in einem Gepäckraum zu deponieren. Daher wird es beim nächsten Grado Besuch mit Sicherheit ein anderes Hotel.

Das Familienzimmer mit Stock, Betten gut, Vorhänge staubig, und im Stock oben sehr grauslich, Jalousien und Fliegengitter veraltet und teils kaputt. Eine der beiden Rezeptionistinnen war IMMER Eiskalt, abweisend, unhöflich. Dies hat mir den Aufenthalt unangenehm gemacht. Das restliche Personal war freundlich. Prinzipiell gab es von der Rezeption keine Hilfestellung. Keine Angaben zu Buszeiten zum Beispiel- hier hieß es ich soll zur Haltestelleam anderen Ende der Insel, und mir da ein Foto machen, da keine Flyer mehr hergestellt werden. Dieses könnte das Hotel zukünftig als Kopie anbieten, so als Idee. Das Pool ist wunderschön, und zusammen mit der Lage der Grund sich für dieses Hotel zu entscheiden.

Hotel zum wohlfühlen

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt. Schneller Check in. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Bar, sehr gute Getränke. Wi4 hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Hotel hat einen sehr großen Pool und eine Sonnenterrasse, leider war bei uns das Wetter schlecht. Unsere Räder konnten sicher eingestellt werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es wurde immer alles gleich aufgefüllt. Nettes Personal.

Sehr gut geeignet auch für Radfahrer. Fürs Abendessen gibt es viele ausgezeichnete Lokale in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber schön renoviert und sehr sauber! Zusammengefasst Preus Leustung stimmt und somit absolut empfehlenswert.

Wohlfülfaktor hoch

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage am Rande der Altstadt und sehr nah zum Strand. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist umfassend und gut. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und auch für einen Garagenplatz wurde geschaut, obwohl diese eigentlich ausgebucht war. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
